Overview
Watershed Packaging Ltd is a manufacturer and business-to-business brand, supplying printed packaging via our websites. Having outgrown our current outdated database management system which is posing an increased cyber threat to our business, we now seek a database management solution and PCs which supports
· Use of Sage 50
· Use of Tharstern
· Minimising our risk of cyber attack
The successful system implementation will support internal users across finance, operations, warehouse, and production, while indirectly improving customer satisfaction through better order fulfilment and stock visibility.
Methodology
We expect suppliers to outline a delivery methodology that includes:
· Ethical considerations in handling operational and financial data (Sage 50)
· Technical integration with our order management system (Tharstern)
· A collaborative approach to training, configuration, testing, and go-live support
· Clear documentation of the implementation plan and contingency measures
Outputs/Deliverables
Expected project outputs include:
· Installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server 2022
· Installation and configuration of Dell Pro Micro PC’s
· Data migration from Sage and Tharstern
· Mid-project and completion review reports
Contract Management
· Project Start: Autumn 2026
