How did Watershed Packaging first start manufacturing and supplying Flexible Printed Packaging?
In 1998 we acquired a Flexographic printing company in Kent. We invested in a state of the art MPS UV Flexo Press for our head office in Leeds. This converted our site into the most advanced printers in the Label industry – what an achievement!

What type of Film Packaging does Watershed Packaging offer?
High-barrier laminates are used for cereal bars, protein bars, confectionery, popcorn, wet wipes, and dried nuts. This type of packaging provides a strong barrier to help protect the product inside.
Strip laminates are used in the bakery and sandwich industry to wrap sub rolls and baguettes. Typically, the materials used are Kraft paper with a clear oPP or an anti-fog version, to maintain product visibility in chilled conditions.
Printed sachets are a popular packaging method in the medical, pharmaceutical, and household industries, as well as the food ingredients market. Acts as a strong barrier of protection for the product.

Angelic Free From is a dairy free, gluten free, and nut free snack brand created by owner Kirsty Dingwall. Kirsty’s son developed allergies and she realised most food brands don’t understand how it feels to protect an allergic child – or how unhelpful the words “may contain” really are.
